Poster Preparation
Poster size is a maximum of 90 cm X 110 cm (36” X 44”). Poster boards will be capable of using either pushpins or velcro attachment. We will not supply pushpins for all posters but there will be a supply available at each session.
Display period: Posters will be displayed for one day only. The location for each poster will be indicated by a number on the poster board.
Poster Sessions: Presenting authors should attend their poster during the assigned poster session. The session assignments and poster numbers will be communicated in early June.
Poster Session I (16:30 to 18:30 Sunday July 15)
Poster Session II (15:00
to 17:00 Monday July 16)
