OUTREACH ACTIVITIES

This part of the web site will be used to highlight activities of the Society and its members to increase visibility of the science of pharmacognosy, to attract developing and established scientists to the field, and to increase public awareness of the work of pharmacognocists.


International Science and Engineering Fair, Phoenix, AZ, May 8-13, 2005

 

Two special cash awards ($500 each) were given for projects involving the study of natural products that are in any relevant category areas including biochemistry, botany, chemistry, medicine, microbiology and zoology.  For information on the Intel ISEF, see  www.sciserv.org/isef
